How it works

1. 01

   The client confirms the crew

   Our client decides who works their show and confirms each person in writing on a work order.

2. 02

   We onboard and contract

   Each crew member signs our contractor agreement and provides a W-9 and payment details before the first call.

3. 03

   We pay the crew

   Approved time comes in, the crew member gets paid on schedule, and the client receives one invoice covering the whole call.

4. 04

   We file the 1099s

   We track payments across the year, request and hold W-9s, and handle information return filing at year end.

Scope

What we do, and what stays with the client

Crew Table is a contractor payment and administration company, not a staffing agency and not a production company.

• Clients select their own crew. We do not assign anyone, and we charge no placement or referral fee.
• Crew direct their own work. Production leadership at the show site directs the production.
• Crew are independent contractors who carry their own insurance and are free to work for anyone.
• Clients may engage any crew member directly at any time, with nothing owed to us.
